Olde Towne Butcher in Fredericksburg, VA is looking for a meat cutter to join the team. We are whole animal butchers and pride ourselves on offering the best local, sustainable and humanely raised meats around. Our ideal candidate is self-driven, motivated, and reliable and has experience as a meat cutter or similar knife skills. We will train you to be excellent at this trade if you show the interest!
Must haves

<li>Be able to work weekends</li>
<li>Willing to lead and be lead</li>

Responsibilities

<li>Break down whole animals</li>
<li>Educate customers</li>
<li>Work well on a team</li>

Qualifications
<ul>
<li>3 years as a meat cutter, butcher or similar</li>
<li>Understands Beef and Pork anatomy</li>
<li>Loves great, quality food</li>
</ul>
