What You’ll Do

• Own the service lane: greet customers, write/close ROs, and manage the flow

• Build trust: explain recommendations clearly; deliver 5-star communication

• Drive results: maximize sold hours, manage dispatch, and hit KPIs daily

• Keep it tight: coordinate techs/parts, ensure on-time delivery, protect CSI

• Lead by example: clean processes, accurate estimates, zero surprises

What You Bring

• Service Advisor or Service Manager experience (dealership preferred)

• Kia/Hyundai/import experience is a plus (we’ll ramp you fast either way)

• Strong sales/communication skills and calm under pressure

• Solid DMS/RO skills; detail-oriented; reliable and on time
