Job Summary

This position supports the day-to-day activities associated with the maintenance of the Client's digital channels, including SharePoint, the mobile app, and the Market Information System (MIS). The role involves managing and publishing content, troubleshooting issues, coding new site pages, and assisting users with content-related inquiries.

Essential Job Duties

• Manage and publish digital content using a content management system (CMS) across SharePoint, MIS, and the mobile app.
• Respond to helpdesk tickets and troubleshoot content-related issues.
• Develop and code new site pages and sections within the web content management system.
• Provide training and support to users regarding content management system functionality.
• Assist with documenting and applying metadata to digital content for improved organization and searchability.

Work Experience Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years in the web development field.
• Experience managing digital content.
• Administrative experience with SharePoint O365.
• Ability to prioritize, multi-task, and work independently in a team environment.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Knowledge of web development standards, information architecture, typography, and user experience design.
• Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is preferred.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite for creating and editing images.
• Experience in creating low-fidelity wireframes is desired.
• Knowledge of metadata tagging for digital content is a plus.

Education Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field is preferred but not required.
