Real Estate Mentor Opportunity


This opportunity is designed for a licensed real estate professional who wants to step into a leadership-focused position while continuing to grow personal production and earn rewarding commissions. It is a strong fit for experienced producers who enjoy guiding others, sharing practical knowledge, and contributing to a structured environment built around development and accountability.


First year earning potential when hitting goals: $160,000+


In this position, you will support agents who are both in school and actively producing by helping them build foundational skills, productive habits, and confidence in real-world transactions. You will contribute to coaching conversations, reinforce systems, and help agents stay aligned with activity expectations, while continuing to expand your own book of business and professional presence.


This opportunity is structured to create shared momentum. As agents grow through your guidance, you strengthen relationships, expand influence within the organization, and build long term stability through leadership-driven production.

Compensation:

$160,000+

Responsibilities:

  • Mentor and coach new and experienced real estate agents through structured training sessions
  • Guide agents in goal setting, business planning, and time management
  • Lead accountability meetings to track progress and provide feedback
  • Support agents with transaction challenges and client communication strategies
  • Provide consistent follow-up and motivation to help agents meet performance goals
  • Model effective lead generation, negotiation, and conversion systems
  • Collaborate with leadership to improve coaching materials and training delivery
  • Foster a positive, growth-oriented culture within the office and coaching program


Qualifications:

  • Active real estate license with 2–3+ years of experience
  • Proven track record of production and client satisfaction
  • Strong leadership, communication, and presentation skills
  • Passion for teaching, mentoring, and helping others succeed
  • Knowledge of lead generation, CRM systems, and real estate best practices
  • Ability to coach agents with varying experience levels and learning styles
  • Highly organized, dependable, and goal-driven
  • Team-oriented mindset with a desire for continuous personal and professional growth
