We are looking for a dedicated part time (M-W) Help Desk Analyst to join our team on a contract basis in Surprise, Arizona. This role involves providing onsite technical support to ensure smooth operations across hardware, software, and network systems. Responsibilities:
• Troubleshoot and resolve a variety of hardware, software, and network issues to maintain system functionality.
• Configure and set up computers, peripherals, and mobile devices for end users.
• Track and manage IT assets, including equipment inventory and software licensing.
• Provide assistance with user account management, password resets, and adherence to security protocols.
• Diagnose and escalate complex technical problems to higher-level IT teams when necessary.
• Maintain and support audiovisual equipment and video conferencing systems in meeting rooms.
• 1-3 years of experience providing IT support in an environment requiring attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Windows, macOS, Active Directory, Microsoft 365, and basic networking.
• Strong knowledge of Android and Apple devices, as well as computer hardware and configuration management.
• Familiarity with Cisco and Citrix technologies.
• Ability to handle deployments and system setups efficiently.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to technical challenges.
• Strong communication skills and a customer-focused attitude.
