🏗 Fast-Growing $300M General Contractor
We’re a fast-growing General Contractor with $300M in annual revenue, based in Rosemont, and we’re expanding our leadership team. We’re looking for a Senior Project Manager to help deliver complex work across commercial high-rise and light industrial projects, while playing a key role in expanding and diversifying our portfolio.
The Role
As a Senior Project Manager, you’ll lead projects ranging from $5M-$100M, overseeing teams, budgets, and client relationships from preconstruction through closeout. This is a high-visibility role with direct access to leadership and real influence on how the company grows.
Project Types Include:
- Commercial High-Rise
- Light Industrial
- Additional sectors as the portfolio expands
What You’ll Do:
- Lead projects from preconstruction through turnover
- Manage budgets, schedules, subcontractor buyout, and cost forecasting
- Drive change management, RFIs, submittals, and contract administration
- Partner closely with Superintendents to ensure strong field execution
- Serve as the primary point of contact for owners, architects, and engineers
- Mentor Project Managers and Assistant Project Managers
- Support business growth and expansion into new project types
What We’re Looking For:
- 8+ years of experience as a Project Manager (GC background preferred)
- Experience managing projects in the $5M-$100M range
- Background in commercial high-rise and/or light industrial construction
- Strong leadership, financial, and client-management skills
- Proficiency with Procore, Bluebeam, scheduling tools, and Excel
Compensation & Benefits:
- Base Salary: $120,000-$150,000 (depending on experience)
