Responsibilities
<ul>
<li>
Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing, dressing, and meals
</li>
<li>
Monitor and report changes in resident condition
</li>
<li>
Maintain accurate documentation in EHR systems
</li>
<li>
Ensure a clean, safe, and comfortable environment
</li>
<li>
Work collaboratively with nursing staff and care team
</li>
</ul>

Qualifications
<ul>
<li>
Active Wisconsin CNA certification
</li>
<li>
High School Diploma or GED
</li>
<li>
Ability to work well independently and as part of a team
</li>
<li>
Basic computer skills required
</li>
<li>
Long-term care experience preferred, but not required
</li>
