Responsibilities:
• Deliver first-line technical support to users by troubleshooting and resolving basic hardware, software, and network-related issues.
• Manage and prioritize help desk tickets, ensuring efficient tracking and resolution of reported problems.
• Assist users with IT-related inquiries, providing clear guidance and promoting best practices.
• Escalate complex technical problems to higher-level support teams when necessary.
• Support the provisioning and deployment of new systems and technologies to meet organizational needs.
• Conduct routine maintenance and troubleshooting to optimize the performance of existing systems.
• Maintain detailed and accurate documentation of support requests, resolutions, and IT resources.
• Collaborate with IT team members to ensure seamless service delivery and effective problem-solving.
• Participate in ongoing training and skill development to stay updated with the latest technologies and industry standards.• Familiarity with Cisco technologies and networking concepts.
• Proficiency in Microsoft tools and software applications.
• Experience working with Active Directory for user and system management.
• Knowledge of computer hardware and troubleshooting techniques.
• Understanding of configuration management principles and practices.
• Experience in deployments of IT systems and technologies.
• Strong communication skills to interact effectively with end-users and team members.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
