What You’ll Do
- Perform professional esthetic services, including facials, advanced skincare treatments, and customized treatment plans.
- Conduct thorough client consultations to understand skincare goals and recommend appropriate services and products.
- Deliver an exceptional luxury client experience with every service.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional treatment space.
- Stay up to date on skincare trends, products, and technologies.
- Promote retail products and treatment packages to enhance results and boost earnings.
What We’re Looking For
- Active Delaware Esthetician License (required).
- Experience in a medical spa, dermatology office, or luxury skincare environment preferred.
- Strong communication skills and a professional, polished client approach.
- Passion for skincare and delivering high-quality results.
- Dependability and a strong work ethic.
Schedule & Pay
- Monday–Friday, 8 AM–5 PM (flexible hours).
- Full-time, permanent position.
- Competitive hourly pay plus commission on services and retail products.
