Position Overview:
We are currently seeking a skilled and dependable Flatbed Tow Truck Operator/ Auto Loader Operator to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for safely and efficiently towing and transporting a variety of vehicles, ensuring the highest level of customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
Operate and drive a flatbed tow truck/ Auto Loader to transport a variety of vehicles, including cars, trucks, and motorcycles.
Safely load, secure, and unload vehicles onto the flatbed tow truck in compliance with safety regulations and company procedures.
Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections on the tow truck and equipment to ensure proper functioning.
Respond promptly to service requests, emergencies, and accidents to provide towing and recovery services.
Communicate effectively with dispatch and clients to coordinate efficient and timely service.
Adhere to all traffic and safety regulations, as well as company policies and procedures.
Perform basic vehicle maintenance tasks and report any mechanical issues to the maintenance department.
Represent All Cities Recovery Agency in a professional and courteous manner while interacting with clients and the public.
Qualifications:
Valid Drivers License.
Proven experience as a flatbed tow truck operator.
Knowledge of towing and recovery techniques, equipment, and safety protocols.
Strong communication and customer service skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment..
Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.
Physical fitness to perform towing and recovery tasks.
