Premier Property Management Company, is seeking a seasoned, highly motivated and customer service driven Maintenance Technician for our apartment community located in Millburn, NJ.
Requirements:
- General working knowledge of building maintenance with strong technical skills.
- Knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, and lock-smith skills.
- Exceptional customer service with the ability to handle problems in a professional, calm, and productive manner.
- Ability to meet deadlines, follow instructions and complete work on-time while working independently.
- Supervising/participating in all aspects of the preventative maintenance program, all snow removal efforts, as well as the rotating on-call emergency request function.
6. Organizing/prioritizing maintenance tasks including work orders and repairs.
