Responsibilities:
- Accurately dispense prescription medications while adhering to all laws and regulations
- Provide thorough patient counseling on medication usage, side effects, and storage
- Manage inventory, ensuring stock levels meet demand and medications are stored properly
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to optimize patient care
- Maintain proper documentation and records in compliance with pharmacy standards
- Educate patients on over-the-counter products and wellness initiatives
Qualifications/Desired Experience:
- Licensed Pharmacist with a valid state license
- Experience in retail pharmacy settings preferred
- Strong knowledge of prescription medications and drug interactions
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Familiarity with pharmacy software and inventory management systems
