<ul>
<li>Design and build tools within the ServiceNow platform to automate compliance tracking and governance</li>
<li>Develop and enhance the ServiceNow Service Portal, with a focus on user experience and EC Pro functionality</li>
<li>Implement and optimize Virtual Agent and Now Assist for conversational AI use cases</li>
<li>Ensure development best practices are followed and all developers meet certification requirements</li>
<li>Collaborate with GRC and IT stakeholders to align platform tools with governance and risk objectives</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Required Skills:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Holds active ServiceNow CSA and CAD certifications</li>
<li>Experienced in ServiceNow core, not just in one specific module such as GRC, WSD, etc.</li>
<li>Portal experience, preferably with EC Pro</li>
<li>Strong workflow skills</li>
<li>Strong Integration skills</li>
<li>Now Assist experience</li>
<li>Excellent communicator</li>
<li>Business acumen</li>
<li>Customer focused</li>
