Full-Time |Monday–Friday (8:00 AM – 4:30 PM) + On-Call Rotation

WhatYou’llDoas a Maintenance Technician
- Perform general maintenance (plumbing, electrical, painting, HVAC support)
- Complete apartment turnovers to prepare units for new residents
- Maintain grounds,common areas, and parking areas
Identifyand resolve maintenance issues proactively - Support vendors and safelyoperatetools and equipment
Experience Required for Your Success
What YouBring
- 1+ year of maintenance or property maintenance experience
- Experience in plumbing, electrical, and general repairs
- Own basic toolsrequiredfor the role
- Valid driver’s license
- Flexibility for on-call rotation and after-hours needs
PreferredQualifications
- HVAC or EPA Certification
