- Starting Pay: $15 - $17 per hour, with opportunities to earn up to an additional $2 more per hour within 120 days through our career development program.
Schedule Requirements: Full-time (40 hours per week)

Job Responsibilities:
- Provide compassionate, one-on-one care to help seniors remain independent at home
- Assist with daily living tasks like light housekeeping, meal prep, and personal care
- Build positive connections with clients to support their physical, mental, and emotional well-being
- Offer transportation services to appointments as needed
Requirements:
- Reliable vehicle, current insurance, and a valid driver’s license
- Must be available on overnights and every other weekend.
- Ability to pass a background check
- Ability to pass a drug screening
- High School Diploma or GED
- Must be 18+ and eligible to work in the U.S.
- Reliability, patience, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent personal and professional references
- Desire to bring joy and support to older adults
- Highly dependable
