We’re working with a high-performing skilled nursing facility in the Cohoes, NY area that already has structure, staff, and systems in place. They’re looking for a Director of Nursing (DON) who can step in, take ownership, and continue driving strong clinical outcomes.
If you know how to run a building and want the support to actually do it, this is worth a conversation.
Compensation: $120,000–$160,000 DOE + full benefits
What you’ll take ownership of:

Full oversight of nursing operations and clinical performance

Leading, coaching, and developing your nursing team

Driving survey readiness and maintaining compliance proactively

Partnering directly with administration on staffing, metrics, and quality outcomes

What you need:

Active NY RN license
-
Prior Director of Nursing experience in a skilled nursing facility

Strong understanding of surveys, regulations, and clinical operations

Ability to lead teams, drive accountability, and build strong culture
