Location: South Florida (Travel Required)

Salary: $100,000 – $130,000 per year

We are seeking an experienced IT Contracts Manager to oversee the full lifecycle of technology-related contracts for a large and complex organization. This role is responsible for drafting, reviewing, negotiating, and administering contracts for IT goods and services while ensuring compliance with legal, financial, and operational requirements. The IT Contracts Manager will coordinate closely with Purchasing, Legal, Risk Management, and IT teams to ensure contracts move efficiently through the approval process and align with business objectives. This individual will serve as the primary point of contact for vendors and suppliers, managing negotiations, addressing concerns, and ensuring agreements support organizational goals.

The ideal candidate will have strong experience managing IT contract portfolios, including SaaS, subscription licensing, cloud services, statements of work, and service level agreements. Responsibilities also include monitoring contract performance, ensuring timely renewals to avoid service disruptions, supporting dispute resolution, and driving cost transparency and value across technology investments. The role requires the ability to operate under delegated authority to negotiate terms, recommend award decisions, and manage contract modifications.

Candidates should have a bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field, with a master’s degree preferred. A minimum of five to seven years of contract management experience is required, including at least three years focused on IT contracts. Strong negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills are essential, along with experience using contract lifecycle management systems. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe Acrobat is required, and experience with tools such as ServiceNow, Power BI, Oracle, or Lawson is preferred. Familiarity with ITIL, Lean Six Sigma, or COBIT frameworks is a plus.A valid Florida driver’s license is required, along with the ability to travel as needed and maintain a flexible schedule that may include evenings, weekends, and holidays.
