What We’re Looking For

• Previous porter or groundskeeping experience preferred (multifamily or commercial properties a plus)
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain community cleanliness standards
• Dependable, punctual, and able to work independently in a fast‑paced environment
• Physically able to walk the property for extended periods, bend, lift, and perform routine outdoor tasks
• Reliable transportation required
• Positive, professional attitude when interacting with residents, staff, and visitors
• Willingness to take assignments at different communities as part of a staffing role

Schedule & Employment Type

• Staffing / Temporary to Long‑Term Opportunities
• 8–10-hour shifts
• Daytime shifts, with potential for weekends depending on community needs
• Opportunities for consistent work based on performance and availability

What You’ll Do

• Walk the property daily to ensure grounds and common areas are clean and presentable
• Collect and dispose of trash and debris from breezeways, sidewalks, stairwells, and shared spaces
• Sweep and maintain walkways, hallways, and exterior common areas
• Assist maintenance teams with basic upkeep and turnover preparation
• Help keep amenities such as pools, courtyards, and clubhouses clean and welcoming
• Support overall curb appeal and resident satisfaction through proactive property care
