We are specifically looking for candidates with previous repair experience so you can hit the ground running from day one.

Key Responsibilities

  • Expert Diagnostics & Repair: Perform advanced troubleshooting and repairs on smartphones, tablets, and other electronic equipment.
  • Precision Component Replacement: Masterfully replace faulty hardware, screens, batteries, and internal components with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Device Staging & Kitting: Prepare and configure mobile devices according to specific customer instructions and configurations.
  • Software Integration: Install and configure applications across various operating systems, including iOS, Android, Windows, and macOS.
  • The "Whole Problem" Approach: Maximize the customer experience by identifying underlying issues and providing comprehensive solutions that prevent future problems.
  • Operational Excellence: Maintain accurate service records, manage inventory levels, and ensure your workstation and the shop remain professional and organized.
  • Continuous Growth: Stay ahead of the curve by pursuing ongoing education and training on the latest industry trends and repair techniques.

Technical Skills & Qualifications

  • Proven Experience Required: A strong background in electronics repair is highly preferred. We need someone ready to manage a repair bench immediately.
  • Diagnostic Mastery: Proficient in using specialized diagnostic tools and software to identify hardware and software failures quickly.
  • Systems Expert: Deep familiarity with mobile and desktop operating systems.
  • Communication Skills: The ability to translate complex technical issues into clear, professional language for our customers.
  • Collaborative Mindset: A team player who thrives in a collaborative environment and is willing to assist with warehouse and shop maintenance as needed.
