Job Summary
As a Retail Sales Clerk, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and assisting customers with their purchasing needs. You will play a crucial role in maintaining a positive in-store experience and contributing to the overall success of our retail operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Process sales transactions, including handling cash, credit/debit cards, and returns
- Maintain up-to-date product knowledge to effectively assist customers
- Ensure the retail space is clean, organized, and well-stocked
- Perform other duties as assigned to support the overall store operations
Qualifications
- Strong customer service skills and a passion for providing exceptional experiences
- Effective communication and interpersonal abilities
- Flexible schedule and willingness to work evenings and weekends as needed
- Prior retail or customer service experience is preferred, but not required
Working Conditions
This position will be based in a retail store environment. Responsibilities may include standing for extended periods, occasional lifting of products, and a flexible schedule to accommodate store hours. Mon-Fri- 7-6:30 Sat- 7:30-6:30 Sun- 10-5 Open for all holidays except for Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day and New Years Day
