We have an exciting opportunity for a System Administrator to join our team to support our corporate office.

Job Responsibilities
Some high-level duties include but are not limited to the following:
- Troubleshoot hardware and software errors by running diagnostics; document problems and resolutions; prioritizing problems; and assess security and business impact.
- Lead desktop and helpdesk support efforts, ensuring desktop applications, workstations, and related equipment issues are resolved in a timely manner with minimal disruption to employees.
- Install, configure, and upgrade employee laptops, including software components, patches, and virtual machines.
- Configure laptops and troubleshoot endpoint issues.
- Enforce and remediate patch compliance using TeamViewer.
- Administer Microsoft 365 tenant services, including Entra ID (Azure AD), user accounts, security groups, MFA enforcement, licensing, and access controls.
- Monitor Microsoft 365 security alerts and perform incident response.
- Monitor Microsoft Purview DLP and validate security policies.
- Administer SharePoint, including permission audits.
- Manage OneDrive backups and perform permission audits.
- Manage endpoint protection tooling (Trellix), including agent deployment, policy enforcement, scans, threat remediation, and compliance monitoring.
- Perform Trellix threat monitoring, scan validation, and non-compliance remediation.
- Manage cybersecurity operations for the organization.
- Handle network and connectivity issues, including firewall monitoring, router firmware updates, DNS configuration, cloud services, backup verification, and incident response coordination.
- Maintain the integrity, availability, and security of operating systems and enterprise systems.
- Schedule, install, and test system software upgrades.
- Configure software and resolve technical issues.
- Monitor and update company websites (HTML/CSS) and manage SSL certificates.
- Perform Azure, AWS, and GitHub access audits and basic administration.
- Apply strong working knowledge of cloud environments and cloud-based networking.
- Demonstrate working knowledge of PC operating systems.
- Manage, document, and maintain cybersecurity controls and evidence to support organizational security, compliance, and audit requirements.
- Demonstrate understanding of CMMI and ISO recertification requirements and support CMMI and ISO recertification efforts.
- Prepare audit reports, collect evidence, and track compliance for ISO and CMMI.
- Develop, maintain, and update standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Conduct physical device inventory audits and ensure secure device decommissioning.
- Provide onsite technical support to manage and administer all iCatalyst systems and resources, including hardware, software, operating systems, networks, IT security services, integration services, configuration management, acquisition support, risk management, disaster recovery, and contingency operations.
- Assist with other support tasks as needed.
Required Skills
- Must be able to manage cyber security processes for the company.
- Strong administrative knowledge of MS 365, including tenant-level management.
- Working knowledge of cloud-based networking and PC operating systems.
- Experience configuring, deploying, and troubleshooting laptops and endpoint devices.
- Strong experience working within cloud environments.
- Understanding of CMMI and ISO recertification requirements and processes.
Experience/Qualifications
- 5-8+ years of System Administration experience.
- Relevant certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, Security+, IT Operations Specialist, Secure Infrastructure Specialist, Microsoft, and/or AWS cloud certifications.
- Ability to work onsite in the office three days per week, with additional onsite support as needed.
Education
- Position requires a BS/BA degree or Associate's in STEM, Computer Science or a similar discipline from an accredited university with 5 plus years of experience.
