Job Title: ServiceNow Administrator
Location: Minneapolis, MN
Key Responsibilities

Administer and maintain the ServiceNow platform

Perform user, group, role, and access management

Configure and maintain:
-
Forms, lists, UI policies, and business rules
-
Client scripts and workflows
-
-
Manage incident, problem, change, and request modules
-
Monitor system health, performance, and availability
-
Perform upgrades, patching, and release management
-
Troubleshoot and resolve platform-related issues
-
Work with stakeholders to gather requirements and implement solutions
-
Maintain documentation and follow ITIL best practices
-
Support integrations with third-party tools and systems
-
Ensure platform security and compliance standards are met
Required Skills & Qualifications
-
5+ years of experience as a ServiceNow Administrator
-
Strong knowledge of:
-
ServiceNow ITSM modules
-
User & role administration
-
Workflows, UI policies, business rules
-
-
Hands-on experience with ServiceNow upgrades and releases
-
Experience working with ITIL processes
-
Basic scripting knowledge (JavaScript)
-
Strong problem-solving and communication skills
-
Experience with ServiceNow reporting and dashboards
Preferred / Nice-to-Have Skills

ServiceNow Administrator Certification

Experience with:

CMDB and Discovery
-
Service Catalog
-
Integrations (REST/SOAP)

Experience in government or public sector projects

Knowledge of Agile / SDLC methodologies
Education

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
