Position Summary:
We are currently seeking a friendly, reliable, and service-oriented Front Desk Agent to join our team. As the first point of contact for our guests, you will play a key role in ensuring a welcoming and seamless experience from check-in to check-out. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a dynamic environment and takes pride in delivering exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:

Greet and assist guests in a warm, professional manner

Manage the check-in and check-out process efficiently

Handle reservations, modifications, and cancellations

Respond promptly to guest inquiries, both in person and by phone

Provide information about lodge amenities, park activities, and local attractions

Maintain an organized, clean, and presentable front desk area

Perform basic administrative tasks and support other departments as needed
Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent required

Prior customer service or front desk experience preferred

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general computer skills
