  • Katalyst Healthcares & Life Sciences is hiring entry level candidates for several positions for contract research in Clinical trials of drugs, biologics and medical devices.
  • We have a few immediate job opportunities available in Drug Safety and Pharmacovigilance and Clinical Research field. We work with University hospitals, pharmaceutical companies and recruiting partners.

Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement model-based designs for various vehicle or machine components.
  • Build detailed physical models of mechanical systems using Simscape Multibody, defining assembly constraints and joints.
  • Perform simulations to evaluate system performance, kinematics, and dynamics.
  • Utilize simulation tools such as MATLAB, Simulink, AMESIM, and ADAMS for modeling and analysis.
  • Create and manage 3D models and assemblies in CAD tools (e.g., SolidWorks, CATIA).
  • Interpret simulation results to provide recommendations for design improvements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including design, controls, and validation engineering.
  • Document modeling approaches, assumptions, and results comprehensively.

Requirements:

  • 5–7 years of relevant experience in multibody simulation and model-based design.
  • Proficiency in Sims cape Multibody for building physical models and defining mechanical constraints.
  • Strong working knowledge of simulation and modeling tools: MATLAB, Simulink, AMESIM, ADAMS.
  • Experience with 3D CAD modeling software (e.g., SolidWorks, CATIA, NX).
  • Solid understanding of mechanical systems design principles and dynamics.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication and documentation abilities.
  • Experience working in automotive, heavy machinery, or industrial equipment domains.
  • Familiarity with control system integration in simulation environments.
