• Advise insurance companies in a variety of coverage matters.
• Represent insurance companies in coverage disputes.
• Analyze coverage issues.
• Draft coverage opinions, pleadings, and dispositive motions.
• Conduct discovery in insurance coverage litigation.
• Take and defend depositions.
• Attend court conferences.
• Argue motions.

Experience you will need:

• At least seven years of insurance coverage experience.
• Experience analyzing coverage issues.
• Experience drafting coverage opinions, pleadings, and dispositive motions.
• Experience conducting discovery in insurance coverage litigation.
• Experience taking and defending depositions.
• Experience attending court conferences.
• Experience arguing motions.
