This is a part-time position for Friday and Saturday nights from 11PM to 7AM.
We are currently hiring for a Part-Time Night Auditor / Guest Service Representative to join our team. This position is ideal for responsible, dependable, and self-motivated individuals who can work independently and are passionate about providing exceptional guest service.
Key Responsibilities:

Greet and check in guests upon arrival in a professional and friendly manner

Answer guest inquiries and accommodate special requests

Handle arrivals, departures, and reservations

Operate the front desk overnight (11 PM – 7 AM), typically 2–3 nights weekly

Post charges, balance credit cards, cash drawers, and perform nightly audit procedures

Conduct property security walks during the shift

Stock and organize the Market area

Provide information about hotel amenities and local attractions

Maintain a courteous and hospitable attitude at all times

Uphold brand and company service standards
Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent
-
Previous customer service experience preferred
-
Must be comfortable handling cash and balancing accounts

Strong communication, math, and organizational skills

Ability to work weekends and holidays is required

Must be flexible with scheduling and capable of working independently
