Job Description

Hi-Tech Controls & Automation is seeking a dependable Shipping Clerk to help prepare and ship customer orders accurately and on time. This role is a good fit for someone who is organized, pays attention to detail, and enjoys working as part of a team.

Responsibilities

Pick, verify, pack, and label customer orders.
Prepare shipping documents and arrange shipments with carriers.
Check part numbers, quantities, and packaging before orders leave the warehouse.
Receive incoming deliveries and help maintain accurate inventory records.
Keep the shipping area clean, organized, and safe.
Communicate with sales and warehouse team members to resolve order discrepancies.

Qualifications

Previous shipping, receiving, or warehouse experience preferred.
Strong attention to detail and basic computer skills.
Ability to read part numbers and follow written instructions.
Ability to lift and move packages safely.
Experience with electrical or industrial automation products is a plus.
Able to operate a forklift to load and unload shipments as needed
