What You’ll Do:
- Perform quality automotive repairs and maintenance per dealership and factory standards
- Diagnose and document vehicle issues using modern diagnostic tools
- Road-test vehicles to verify concerns and repairs.
- Keep your work area and shared equipment clean and organized
- Communicate with service advisors on repair timelines and updates
- Participate in ongoing training to keep up with changing automotive technology
- Represent Superior Ford’s values in every customer and coworker interaction
What We’re Looking For:
- Minimum 2 years of experience as an automotive technician in a retail setting. (dealership or aftermarket).
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Must own hand tools and toolbox
- Current Ford STARS certifications or ASE equivalents
- Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills
- Professional appearance and strong work ethic
- Commitment to “Fix It Right the First Time”
