We are looking for a Technical Customer Success Engineer with 2-4 years of experience to proactively maintain and optimize workflows for our highest-value customers, and provide expert technical support. This role is crucial for ensuring customers continuously derive value from our platform by regularly auditing and updating workflows based on best practices and new features.
What will you be doing?
- Perform workflow reviews and audit, update, and migrate workflows to the latest model versions and best practices.
- Work closely with Solutions Architects to ensure customers have up-to-date workflows and coordinate migrations.
- Communicate recommended changes, timelines, and expected impact with customers.
- Troubleshoot complex workflow issues and guide customers with best-practice architecture.
- Help out with customer questions in Slack, including non-workflow related inquiries.
