Shift & Schedule: Day Shift | 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM | Monday – Friday | 5×8 Hours | 40 Hours/Week | No Weekends | No On-Call

Pay Rate: $36 - $40/hr

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced LVN/LPN to provide nursing care and clinical support in an outpatient clinic setting.

Required Qualifications

Active California LVN/LPN license required at the time of submission.
BLS certification required.
Minimum 2 years of outpatient clinic experience.
Urology or Women’s Health experience strongly preferred.
EPIC experience required.
Flu vaccine required; no exemptions or declinations accepted.
Ability to float as required.
No pending license accepted.
Ability to work the assigned schedule.

Responsibilities

Provide nursing care and clinical support in an outpatient clinic setting.
Assist with urology and women’s health procedures and examinations.
Perform and assist with urodynamics, PTNS, cystoscopies, urethral dilation, and pelvic examinations.
Perform catheter placement and related patient-care procedures.
Monitor and document patient information, procedures, and clinical findings accurately in EPIC.
Communicate effectively with patients, physicians, nurses, and other healthcare team members.
Follow clinical, safety, infection-control, and compliance standards.
Float to other appropriate areas as required by the facility.
