Maintenance Technician | Delta Township, MI

Salary Range: $44,000 - $75,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities

Perform preventative maintenance (PMs) on production machinery and equipment.
Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
Respond promptly to equipment breakdowns and perform emergency repairs.
Install, commission, and relocate manufacturing equipment as needed.
Conduct routine inspections to identify and address potential issues before they escalate.
Maintain accurate records of all maintenance activities, repairs, and parts used.
Ensure all work complies with safety regulations, quality standards, and company policies.

Recommended Qualifications

Proven experience in industrial equipment maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair within a manufacturing environment.
Strong mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems knowledge.
Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical manuals, schematics, and blueprints.
Ability to perform preventative and predictive maintenance tasks.
Familiarity with Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs) and industrial control systems.

Bonus Qualifications

PLC troubleshooting and programming experience
Welding and fabrication skills
HVAC/refrigeration system experience
Experience with Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS)
