As an IdaHome Agent, You Will:

  1. Draw + Commission Plan
  2. Ideal for newer agents or those in a transitional phase. This program provides a monthly draw against future commissions, giving you peace of mind and steady income as we build your pipeline. We believe no one should have to “starve” while starting out.
  3. Traditional Commission Split
  4. A straightforward, performance-driven structure with competitive splits and minimal fees. Designed for agents who are ready to run with their business and want a strong support system behind them.
