Plastic Ingenuity is looking for a dependable Warehouse Associate / Forklift Operator to join our team. You'll play an important role in keeping materials and finished products moving safely and efficiently throughout our facility.

What You'll Do

This is an active, hands-on position that combines forklift operation, material handling, inventory, shipping, receiving, and production support.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Operate forklifts and other warehouse material-handling equipment

• Unload and safely store incoming raw materials

• Deliver materials to production areas to keep operations running

• Move finished products from production into the warehouse

• Use RFID/scanning systems to track inventory and material movement

• Pick, stage, and prepare customer orders for shipment

• Load outgoing shipments and complete shipping documentation

• Maintain accurate inventory counts and organized storage areas

• Follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs), safety requirements, and product-handling procedures

• Assist with other warehouse and production needs as needed

What We're Looking For

Required:

• Ability to safely operate or learn to operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment

• Basic computer and scanning-system skills

• Ability to accurately work with numbers and inventory records

• Strong attention to detail

• Dependable attendance

• Commitment to working safely

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Preferred, but not required:

• 1–2 years of warehouse, material handling, shipping/receiving, or manufacturing experience

• Forklift experience

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Experience with RFID, RF scanners, or inventory systems

• Commercial Driver's License (CDL)

Physical Requirements

This is an active warehouse position. Team members must be able to:

• Frequently lift 15–25 lbs. and occasionally lift up to 50 lbs.

• Stand and walk on concrete for extended periods

• Safely operate required mobile equipment

• Perform occasional repetitive upper-extremity movements

• Work in areas with temperature variations

• Properly wear and use required personal protective equipment (PPE)
