Position Overview

Hansen Commercial Services LLC is hiring dependable and hardworking Assembly/Production Technicians to support operations at a client facility in Register, Georgia.

Training will be provided for assigned job duties, equipment, safety procedures, and facility-specific processes.

Responsibilities:

• Perform assembly, production, material handling, and general labor duties as assigned.
• Follow instructions from supervisors and/or team leads.
• Learn and follow established work procedures and quality standards.
• Safely use assigned tools and equipment after receiving proper training.
• Assist with the movement, handling, assembly, and preparation of materials and products.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Follow all safety procedures and properly wear required personal protective equipment (PPE).
• Work cooperatively with other team members, supervisors, and client personnel/leadership.

Qualifications & Physical Requirements

Previous experience in assembly, production, warehouse, general labor, construction, or other physically demanding work is a plus, but not required.

• Are comfortable working with your hands.
• Willing and able to perform physical labor throughout the shift.
• Able to regularly lift and/or move up to 40 pounds.
• Be able to stand and walk for extended periods during an 8–12 hour shift.
• Be able to bend, kneel, climb, reach, twist, and perform other physical movements required by the position.
• Be willing to wear safety boots and all required PPE.
• Don't mind being on your feet and performing physical work throughout your shift.
• Can follow instructions and accept coaching.
• Take workplace safety seriously.
• Are interested in learning new skills and growing within the role.
