Job DescriptionJoin our bakery team and help create fresh, traditional Middle Eastern breads & pies.
Responsibilities:
- Mix and prepare dough for traditional Middle Eastern breads and savory pies.
- Shape, proof, and bake a variety of breads and baked goods.
- Bake cookies and other specialty items.
- Follow recipes and production schedules to ensure consistent quality.
- Maintain cleanliness, food safety, and organization throughout the bakery.
- Assist with ingredient preparation and daily bakery operations.
Qualifications:
- Bakery or food production experience preferred.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and product quality.
- Dependable, punctual, and able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
