Lead Responsibilities:

• Leading end-to-end project execution across engineering, manufacturing, and validation phases
• Managing scope, schedules, milestones, resources, and budgets across multiple programs
• Coordinating cross-functional teams (engineering, operations, supply chain, quality)
• Translating customer and business requirements into executable technical plans
• Tracking progress, risks, and changes while driving corrective actions
• Communicating clearly with stakeholders on status, risks, and delivery commitments
• Improving project execution processes, tools, and development cycle efficiency

Desired Skills and Experience:

• 5+ years of project management experience in engineering-driven environments
• Background in a manufacturing environment from product inception to delivery.
• Experience supporting R&D and/or new product development
• Strong ability to manage multiple complex programs simultaneously
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related technical field (or equivalent experience)
