Victory Staffing Resources is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Personal Care Assistant (PCA) for a full-time, live-in opportunity in the Greater New Haven area. This is a temporary position that requires overnight stay with the client in a private home setting.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
• Support clients with mobility and physical therapy needs
• Prepare and serve nutritious meals
• Perform light housekeeping tasks
• Monitor client’s health and report any significant changes
• Accompany client to appointments or errands
• Provide companionship and emotional support
• Ensure client’s safety and overall well-being

Qualifications:

• Experience as a PCA, caregiver, or similar role preferred
• Entry-level applicants welcome — training provided
• Knowledge of basic healthcare and hygiene standards
• Ability to lift, transfer, and assist with physical mobility
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Certification in First Aid and CPR (or willingness to obtain)
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Ability to pass a background check
