Position Overview
We are seeking a motivated Associate Attorney - Personal Injury Litigation
Key Responsibilities

Manage and litigate your own caseload from inception through trial

Serve as second chair on partner-led cases

Conduct legal research, drafting, and motion practice

Handle depositions, discovery, and court appearances

Maintain strong client relationships through consistent communication
Qualifications
-
3+ years of litigation experience (personal injury highly preferred)

Licensed to practice in Washington, D.C., and Maryland and/or Virginia (all three jurisdictions a plus)

Strong writing, analytical, and communication skills

Self-starter with the ability to manage multiple priorities

Client-focused mindset with excellent interpersonal skills

Team-oriented, detail-driven, and highly organized
