Position: Senior Turf Technician
Location: Lancaster, PA
Pay: $23–$27/hour
Experience: At least 5 years of professional experience performing service repairs on small engine, turf, or agricultural equipment.
Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
Type: Full-time; Direct Hire
Schedule: Monday–Friday, Day Shift
HireOne Staffing is seeking a Senior Turf Technician to join a growing and dynamic team!
Job Description:
- Perform advanced diagnostics and repairs on consumer and commercial turf equipment.
- Service and maintain agricultural equipment using technical manuals and specialized tools.
- Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems.
- Complete service documentation, record labor and materials, and request necessary parts.
- Maintain tools, vehicles, and equipment in safe working condition.
- Perform field service repairs and occasional equipment delivery as needed.
- Follow all safety standards and dealership procedures.
Position Requirements:
- Advanced knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems.
- Proficiency using diagnostic equipment and service software systems.
- Ability to lift at least 75 lbs. repeatedly.
- Valid insurable driver’s license.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including occasional Saturdays.
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
- Professional communication skills with customers and manufacturers.
