Our team members work inside select Home Depot stores, connecting with shoppers, asking simple survey questions, and scheduling free in-home water consultations. Every survey and appointment you set helps families improve their water quality — and helps you earn more in bonuses!
What You’ll Do
- Engage with customers inside The Home Depot in a friendly, professional way
- Conduct brief product surveys and schedule qualified appointments for our water specialists
- Represent our brand and partnership with integrity and enthusiasm
- Meet and exceed daily goals for customer interactions and appointments set
What We’re Looking For
- Outgoing, energetic personality — you enjoy talking to people all day
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and dependable
- Strong communication skills and a positive attitude
- Able to work weekends or evenings as needed
- Prior retail, sales, or customer service experience is a plus (but not required)
