Role Description\n

Premier Eye Associates is seeking a full-time Frame Stylist to join our Haddonfield team.
\n
This is an ideal role for someone who enjoys working with people, has an eye for style, and takes pride in creating an outstanding customer experience.
\n
\n
As a Frame Stylist, you will help patients choose eyewear that complements their appearance, prescription, lifestyle, and personal style. You will guide patients through frame and lens options, explain lens technologies and coatings, take accurate optical measurements, and help coordinate eyewear orders from selection through final fitting.

\n
Daily responsibilities include:

- Greeting patients and creating a warm, welcoming optical experience
- Helping patients select frames that fit their style, lifestyle, and prescription needs
- Educating patients about lens materials, designs, coatings, and other options
- Taking accurate optical measurements and recording order specifications
- Processing eyewear orders and payments
- Performing frame adjustments and assisting with eyewear pickup
- Maintaining attractive frame displays and managing optical inventory
- Coordinating with our doctors and clinical team to provide a smooth transition from the exam room to the optical
- Following up with patients and helping resolve eyewear-related questions or concerns

Qualifications\n
\n
We are looking for someone who is friendly, professional, detail-oriented, and genuinely enjoys helping people.
\n
\n
Preferred qualifications include:
\n
- \n
- Previous experience in optical, eyewear sales, luxury retail, fashion, jewelry, cosmetics, hospitality, or another customer-focused environment
- Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport with patients
- An interest in fashion, eyewear, styling, and helping people feel confident in their appearance
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks
- Comfort learning optical measurements, lens options, frame fitting, and related technical skills
- Experience with point-of-sale or practice management software is helpful
- Optical experience, ABO certification, or other optical training is a plus, but not required
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Reliable attendance and a positive, team-oriented attitude
