About the Role
Were looking for an experienced Web Developer with hands-on experience in HTML and CSS to help us maintain, optimize, and elevate the Signals website. This role is ideal for a professional with 5 years of experience who wants to take ownership of their work and develop their skills in the B2B tech space.
Youll collaborate closely with our design and marketing teams to launch new pages, enhance performance, and ensure a seamless, high-quality web experience across devices.
Key Responsibilities
- Update and maintain the Signals website (layouts, copy, interactions, CMS content).
- Partner with design and marketing to implement new landing pages, campaign assets, and A/B tests.
- Ensure visual consistency, responsiveness, and accessibility across the site.
- Support ongoing performance improvements (site speed, SEO basics, UI/UX refinements).
- Document and streamline internal workflows for website updates.
What Were Looking For

- Familiarity with responsive design principles and modern web layout systems.
- Strong eye for design and understanding of UX best practices.
- SEO knowledge, HTML/CSS, and React or experience with Figma
