Earn $100,000+ with performance
**Pay: **$40–$55 per hour base, plus commission on service, replacement and new-construction work. Expected total first-year earnings: $100,000–$160,000 with performance. Overtime paid per Colorado law.
American Dream Home Services is adding a plumbing division — service and new construction — to our trusted Durango team. We need the master plumber who makes it real.
This is a ground-floor role: you'll be the license the division is built on, the top tech in the field, and the person who trains the team that comes after you.

What you'll do
- Serve as the company's Colorado Master Plumber of record for permits and the division's plumbing contractor registration
- Run complex service calls: water heaters and tankless units, repipes, gas lines, sewer and water line repair and replacement
- Lead residential new-construction and remodel plumbing: rough-in, top-out and trim-out
- Pull permits, meet inspectors and make sure every job passes the first time
- Train, mentor and ride along with technicians and apprentices; sign off on their work
- Build flat-rate pricing and standard job procedures with leadership
- Recommend tools, truck stock and equipment as we build out the fleet
- Take part in the on-call rotation for after-hours emergencies
What you bring
- Active Colorado Master Plumber license (or able to obtain one within 60 days)
- 8+ years of plumbing experience, including residential service and new construction
- Strong knowledge of the International Plumbing Code, fuel gas code and local permitting in La Plata County
- Experience training or leading other plumbers
- Valid driver's license and a clean driving record
- Able to pass a background check and drug screen
- Straight talk with homeowners, builders and inspectors — and the integrity to stand behind your work
Schedule
Monday–Friday, daytime hours, with a rotating on-call schedule for evenings and weekends.
