Responsibilities for Customer Service Agent:

• Receive Incoming Calls

• Identify customer in database, then identify service technician

• Dispatch call

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or Equivalent

• 1 year call center or related experience

• Ability to work Weekends and Holidays

• Ability to work in the office

These are long term temp to hire opportunities. Starting pay is $17 /$18 if bilingual. Adecco provides one of the most comprehensive benefits package in the industry to contract workers. Benefits are available to you as a contractor after one week of employment.

Pay Details: $17.00 per hour
