Position Overview:
We are seeking an Automotive Sales Consultant to engage with customers, provide product expertise, and guide them through the purchasing process. The ideal candidate is enthusiastic, results-driven, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers in-person, via phone, and online leads.
- Demonstrate and explain vehicle features, options, and benefits.
- Conduct test drives and answer customer questions about vehicles, financing, and warranties.
- Follow up with leads and maintain relationships with current and prospective customers.
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and dealership goals.
- Collaborate with team members and management to ensure a positive dealership experience.
Qualifications:
- Previous automotive sales experience preferred, but not required. Training available for the right candidate.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong customer service orientation and ability to build relationships.
- Highly motivated, goal-oriented, and self-starter attitude.
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
