Build a focused commercial sales business within a high caliber investment platform. Marcus and Millichap Century City is in search of licensed real estate professionals who want to learn to operate in Office and Industrial investment sales while earning rewarding commissions. This opportunity is designed for agents who want depth, specialization, and long term upside within a structured commercial environment. A real estate license is required for this opportunity.


First year earning potential when hitting goals: $160,000+


You will learn how commercial investment transactions are sourced, analyzed, and executed. This includes underwriting properties, studying market trends, engaging business owners and investors, and managing transactions from initial outreach through closing. With direct exposure to experienced advisors, you will develop the skills needed to communicate value, negotiate effectively, and build credibility in a competitive market.

Compensation:

$160,000 at plan

Responsibilities:

  • Drive business growth through proactive client outreach, including 60+ cold calls daily, meetings, and industry events.
  • Provide expert guidance to clients in achieving their investment goals related to valuation, acquisitions, and dispositions.
  • Conduct thorough property analyses, including Broker Opinions of Value (BOV), market comparisons, and research.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends by continuously researching and understanding the local market.
  • Market exclusive listings to a targeted group of qualified buyers, making your deals stand out.
  • Build and grow relationships with clients and industry professionals to expand your network.
  • Lead negotiations on exclusive listing agreements, Letters of Intent, and Purchase & Sale Agreements.
  • Engage in top-tier training and professional development workshops to sharpen your skills and knowledge.
