Responsibilities:
• Accurately process legal document reviews
• Update database records based on file reviews
• Handle complaints and claim administration effectively
• Perform high-volume data entry tasks and ensure accuracy
• Use case management software and legal software like LexisNexis for efficient data management
• Draft contracts and manage legal documents meticulously
• Compare and review data sets in Microsoft Excel and the database
• Brief on the case updates and maintain a robust management system• Possess a minimum of 3 years of experience in a Law Clerk role or similar
• Proficiency in using Case Management Software for efficient legal operations
• Demonstrated knowledge and experience with Conveyancer for real estate transactions
• Ability to utilize Legal software for various legal tasks and processes
• Experience in using LexisNexis for legal research and business database needs
• Strong understanding of Management System for effective workflow organization
• Skilled in Briefing for clear and concise communication of legal matters
• Experience in Claim Administration and handling legal claims
• Capability to handle Complaint Handling with professionalism and integrity
• Proficient in Documentation and maintaining accurate legal records
• Ability to Draft Contracts and other legal documents with precision
• Experience in Data Entry, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
• Ability to handle High-Volume Data Entry tasks efficiently
• Demonstrated ability to Perform Data Entry tasks with speed and accuracy.
