Full-Time OR Part-Time Sales BDC Representative
We are seeking a motivated Part-Time Sales BDC Representative to handle customer inquiries, schedule appointments, and support our sales team.
Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming calls and respond to leads via phone, text, email, and chat.
- Schedule and confirm sales appointments.
- Follow up with prospective customers and re-engage unsold leads.
- Maintain accurate customer information in the CRM.
- Complete daily follow-up activities and assigned tasks.
- Work closely with the sales team to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Meet appointment-setting and lead-response goals.
- Provide professional, friendly customer service.
