What We’re Looking For:

At least 1 year of automotive sales experience (preferred)

Energetic, enthusiastic, and goal-driven attitude

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Strong persuasion and objection-handling skills

A self-starter with a competitive mindset

Dependable, punctual, and a team player

Open to coaching, learning, and adapting
Requirements:

Must be 18 years or older and authorized to work in the U.S.

Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record

Must pass background check and drug screening
