We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Onsite Manager to support daily operations at one of our client locations. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced staffing environment, values accuracy, accountability, and compliance, and enjoys working directly with both employees and clients.
This position requires someone who is detail-oriented, structured, and comfortable holding employees accountable while maintaining a professional and positive attitude.
Pay rate: $22-$26 based on experience Schedule: Day shift
Key Responsibilities
-Oversee daily attendance and workforce operations at the client site
-Conduct safety orientations for new employees and reinforce workplace safety standards
-Ensure employees follow company and client protocols, safety standards, and workplace policies
-Review employee hours daily to ensure accurate timekeeping and identify any missing punches
-Monitor employee schedules to help prevent IL meal period violations and overtime issues
-Maintain accurate records including timekeeping, attendance, and shift rosters
-Provide real-time support and guidance to employees on site
-Address performance concerns and provide constructive feedback and issue corrective action when necessary
-Maintain ongoing communication with management to ensure alignment on staffing needs, employee performance, and operational priorities
-Serve as the primary point of contact between the client and staffing team
-Participate in the candidate selection process to ensure the right candidates are hired for each role
-Apply effective screening questions to evaluate candidates’ experience, reliability, and fit for the position
-Analyze candidates’ responses, behavior, and work history to identify strong candidates and potential red flags
-Identify operational challenges and escalate issues when necessary
-Ensure all documentation and processes are handled with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
Qualifications:
-Bilingual (English/Spanish) Plus
-Previous experience in staffing, workforce management, recruiting, or onsite coordination preferred
-Knowledge of IL labor laws, including meal period compliance and overtime regulations
-Experience screening candidates and evaluating responses during interviews
-Strong attention to detail, organization, and accuracy
-Ability to follow and enforce established protocols and procedures
-Experience providing employee coaching, feedback, and corrective action
-Strong communication and conflict resolution skills
-Professional, solutions-oriented mindset with a positive attitude toward both clients and employees
